What is SPRY KIDS?
SPRY KIDS is a mind + body program that celebrates + challenges our kids' mind + body strength, fitness, agility, balance, and resiliency through playful, interactive programming.
Each class includes instructor-led active and sit-down classes mixed with free play, creative expression, and weekly missions.
Mind + body health are inseparable from each other, right? SPRY KIDS focuses on fostering mental + physical strength, agility, fitness, and resiliency by capitalizing on this partnership within a supportive, all-in-this-together community. The MIND HEALTH programming focuses on emotional literacy, RULER protocol, and growth mindset. The BODY HEALTH programming explores fundamental movement patterns including climbing, jumping, balance, agility, hanging, control, rhythm, and strength. While each component receives focused attention, the crux of mind + body programming refers to their powerful fusion. For example, using breathing and body awareness to support and understand emotional experiences and practicing growth mindset while engaged in physical challenges.

Prefer to chat? No problems. Send us an email and we'll arrange a time to chat because the coach always has her phone set to silent. (Yes, this may defeat the purpose of having a phone but she assures us we survived the 80s without cell phones so....)
